All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card, or the reservation will be automatically released. All cancellations must be received by 6:00 pm Amman time at least 24 hours prior to expected arrival date, or the cost of the first booked night, plus tax and service charge, will be billed to the guest’s credit card. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.
